Product Introduction
YW1070 is a polyether acrylate resin modified oligomer synthesized from non-"HEMA" monomers. It has a high molecular functionality, rapid curing, and contains phosphate carboxyl groups on its molecular chain. The molecular polarity is high and the reaction activity is strong, resulting in excellent macroscopic properties of the material, such as high reactivity, good adhesion and chemical resistance. Due to the main functional groups containing methacryloyloxy double bonds, it can be radiation-cured or chemically cross-linked. Its high chemical reactivity promotes cross-linking adhesion, improves the resin's wipe resistance and the mechanical stability of the latex. It can be widely applied in coating of plastic, metal and glass substrates. For example, it can be used as an adhesion-promoting resin for UV light-curable vacuum coating paint, plastic gloss spraying, ink and nail polish adhesive products, and can also be used for the stability of acrylic latex and other acrylic systems, epoxy, polyurethane, nitrocellulose and other materials blending modification. It has a significant effect on improving the surface adhesion, bonding strength, latex stability and chemical resistance of the material. 

Application scope and recommendations:
⚫ As an auxiliary resin in plastic vacuum coating paint, intermediate paint resin and nail polish glue, with a dosage of 0.5 - 3% 
⚫ Acrylic emulsion: Enhances the freeze-thaw stability, mechanical stability and scratch resistance of the resin, with a dosage range of 0.5 - 1.5%. 
⚫ UV adhesive: Mixed with acrylic, epoxy, and polyurethane, used for metal, glass, plastic and other products, with a concentration of 5 - 7% 
⚫ Electronic, cosmetic UV spray gloss coating, dilution ratio 1.0 - 3.0% 
⚫ Screen printing ink, with excellent toughness and adhesion, with a content range of 1.0 - 5.0% 
⚫ Other polymer adhesion and flexibility modifiers, with a dosage of 3 - 10%
