Product Introduction
YW1060 is a modified oligomer with phosphate ester acrylic resin as the main resin. Its molecular weight ranges from 400 to 800, with high molecular functionality. It cures rapidly and contains phosphate ester carboxyl groups on its molecular chain. The molecular polarity is high and the reaction activity is strong, resulting in excellent macroscopic properties of the material, such as high reactivity, excellent adhesion and chemical resistance. It is particularly suitable for surface attachment on metal substrates and other applications. Due to the main functional group containing a propylene double bond, it can be radiation-cured or chemically cross-linked. Its high chemical reactivity promotes cross-linking and attachment, improves the resistance of the resin to wiping and the mechanical stability of the latex, and can be widely used in coating of plastic, metal and glass substrates. For example, it can be used as an adhesion-promoting resin for UV light-cured vacuum coating paint coatings, plastic, metal gloss spraying, ink and laminating adhesives, etc. It can also be used for the stabilization of acrylic latex and other acrylic systems, epoxy, polyurethane, nitrocellulose and other materials blending and modification, which has a significant effect on improving the surface adhesion, bonding strength, latex stability and chemical resistance of the material. 

Application scope and suggestions:
As an auxiliary resin in plastic vacuum coating paint, plastic and metal gloss coating paints, with a dosage of 1 - 5% 
Acrylic emulsion system, which enhances the freeze-thaw stability, mechanical stability and abrasion resistance of the resin, with a dosage range of 0.5 - 1.5% 
Adhesive: Mixed with acrylic, epoxy, and polyurethane, used for metal, glass, plastic and other products, with a concentration of 3 - 5% 
Electronics, cosmetics, ironing cans with UV spray for polishing, blending ratio 3 - 5% 
Screen printing ink, with excellent toughness and adhesion, with a content of 1 - 5% 
Other polymer adhesion and flexibility modifiers, with a dosage of 3 - 10%
