Product Introduction
YWE115 is a dual-functional modified epoxy acrylate polyester resin oligomer. Its molecular weight ranges from 2000 to 4000. It has a low molecular functionality, a small curing shrinkage, good adhesion, excellent water resistance and flexibility. It exhibits excellent macroscopic properties such as excellent adhesion and flexibility, excellent water resistance and chemical resistance. Due to the presence of main functional groups containing acrylate, epoxy, free radicals and cations, it can be freely radiated cured or chemically cross-linked. The product has a light color and transparency, high adhesion, scratch resistance, high gloss and no yellowing. It has a wide range of applications. It can be used alone as the main resin for UV adhesives, UV-curable coatings and screen printing inks and other products. It can also be mixed with other acrylic systems, epoxy, polyurethane, nitrocellulose and other materials. It has a significant effect on improving the surface adhesion, flexibility and water resistance of the material. 

Application scope and suggestions:
l For plastic spraying, it can be used as the main resin in vacuum coating primer resin, with a dosage of 30-60% 
UV adhesive resin, used for metal, glass, plastic and other products, with a dosage of 20 - 60% 
Electronics, cosmetics, furniture cabinet boards - UV spray coating for gloss finish, dilution ratio 10 - 30% 
Screen printing ink, with excellent adhesion, water resistance and gloss, with a content of 20 - 60% 
Other polymer adhesion, water resistance and flexibility modifiers, with a dosage of 10 - 30%
