Product Introduction
YWU2901 is a polyurethane acrylate resin oligomer. Its molecular weight ranges from 2500 to 3500. With a large molecular weight and high internal cohesion energy, it has strong adhesion. It exhibits excellent macroscopic properties of the material, such as excellent adhesion and coating properties, high gloss, resistance to yellowing and chemical resistance. Due to the main functional groups containing allyl double bonds, it can be radiation-cured or chemically cross-linked. The product has a light color and transparency, high adhesion, scratch resistance, high gloss without yellowing. It has a wide range of applications. It can be used alone as the main resin for UV light-curable coatings, inks and adhesives and other products. It can also be mixed with other acrylic systems, epoxy, polyurethane, nitrocellulose and other materials. It has a significant effect on improving the adhesion and coating properties, bonding strength and yellowing resistance and transparency of the material. 

Application scope and suggestions:
Plastic vacuum primer, with medium coat resin as the main resin, with a proportion of 15-40% 
Adhesive can be mixed with other acrylic, epoxy, and polyurethane resins and is used for metal, glass, plastic and other products. The dosage is 10 - 20%. 
Electronics, cosmetics, furniture cabinet boards with UV spray finish and gloss treatment, dilution ratio 10 - 30% 
Screen printing ink, with excellent adhesion and gloss, with a concentration of 10 - 20% 
Other polymer flexibility and gloss modifiers, with a dosage of 5 - 20%
