Product Introduction
YWE2031 is a modified two-component acrylic polyester resin oligomer. Its molecular chain is flexible, the reaction speed is fast, the curing shrinkage is small, it has elasticity and plasticity. At the same time, it contains polar groups, has good adhesion, excellent dyeing and flexibility, and exhibits excellent macroscopic properties of the material, such as excellent adhesion and flexibility, quick drying property and cross-linking reaction activity. Due to the main functional groups containing unsaturated polar groups such as acryloyloxy and hydroxyl groups, it can undergo free radical radiation curing cross-linking and physical adsorption. The product has a light color and transparency, moderate viscosity, good processability, high gloss without yellowing, wide application range, and can be used as the main resin for UV adhesives, UV-curable coatings and inks and other products. It has a significant effect on improving the surface quick drying, adhesion, flexibility, dyeing and quick drying properties of the material. 

Application scope and recommendations:
For polar base plastic primers such as PET, PVC, ABS, etc., as the main resin in varnish coatings; dosage: 30-70%
As the main resin for UV adhesives, also as an active quick-drying agent and flexible modifier, used for metal, glass, plastic and other products; dosage: 20 - 60%
For UV spray painting varnish, used for electronics, cosmetics, furniture and cabinets; dosage: 30 - 60%
For inkjet, offset printing inks and screen printing inks, with good adhesion, water resistance and dyeing properties; dosage: 20 - 60%
For other polymer adhesion, quick-drying and flexibility modifiers; dosage: 10 - 30%
