Product Introduction
YWU0109W is a two-component polyurethane acrylate resin polymerization product that does not contain the "HEMA" monomer. It has a low molecular functionality, a small curing shrinkage, excellent adhesion and flexibility, good water resistance, acid and alkali resistance, fast cross-linking curing speed, and exhibits excellent macroscopic properties of the material, such as excellent adhesion, especially for difficult-to-adhere substrates such as glass, metal and PP substrates. It also has high gloss, resistance to yellowing, water resistance and chemical resistance. Due to the presence of the main functional group containing a propenyl double bond, it can be radiation-cured or chemically cross-linked. The product has a light color and transparency, high adhesion, scratch resistance, high gloss without yellowing; it has a wide range of applications, which can be used alone as the main resin for UV curing coatings on glass, metal, PP, PET, BMC and other substrates, and can also be used as UV adhesives, nail polish base glues and screen printing inks and other products.
Application scope and recommendations:
⚫ For plastics, metals, glass and nail polish glue base resins, used as the main resin in coatings, with a dosage of 30-60%
⚫ UV glue resin, can be mixed with other acrylic, epoxy, polyurethane, used for metal, glass, plastic and other products, with a dosage of 10 - 50%
⚫ For electronic, cosmetics, furniture and cabinet boards, UV spray for varnishing, with a dosage of 10 - 25%
⚫ For screen printing ink, with good adhesion and gloss, with a dosage of 20 - 60%
⚫ For other polymer adhesion and toughness modifiers, with a dosage of 5 - 20%
