Product Introduction
YWU2204 is a two-component polyurethane acrylic resin polymer. It has a low molecular functionality, a small curing shrinkage rate, and excellent adhesion and flexibility. 
In addition, the material exhibits excellent macroscopic properties, such as excellent adhesion and elastoplasticity, high gloss, low yellowing, and excellent water resistance. This is because the main functional groups contain acryloyloxy double bonds, which can be radiation-cured or chemically cross-linked. The product has a light color and transparency, high adhesion, impact resistance, high gloss, and low yellowing. It has a wide range of applications. It can be used alone as the main resin for UV adhesives, UV-cured vacuum coating paints and screen printing inks, etc., and can also be mixed with other acrylic systems, epoxy, polyurethane, nitrocellulose, etc. For improving the surface adhesion and toughness of the material and enhancing impact resistance, it has a significant effect. 

Application scope and recommendations:
Plastic vacuum primer, used as the main resin in the primer resin, with a content of 30-60%
UV bonding agent resin, used for metal, glass, plastic and other products, with a content of 20 - 50%
UV spray coating and gloss for electronics, cosmetics, furniture and cabinet boards, with a content of 30 - 70%
Screen printing ink, with good adhesion and gloss, with a content of 20 - 30%
Other polymer adhesion and toughness modifiers, with a content of 5 - 20%
