Product Introduction
YWU4130 is a tetra-functional aliphatic polyurethane acrylic resin oligomer with a molecular weight ranging from 650 to 1500. The molecular functional groups are moderate, balancing both toughness and moderate crosslinking and curing. It has strong adhesion and exhibits excellent macroscopic properties, such as excellent toughness and hardness, high gloss, resistance to yellowing and chemical resistance. Due to the presence of acrylic double bonds in the main functional groups, it can be radiation-cured or chemically crosslinked. The product has a light color and transparency, balanced flexibility and hardness, scratch resistance, high gloss without yellowing. It has a wide range of applications. It can be used alone as the main resin for UV light-curable coatings, inks and adhesives and other products. It can also be mixed with other acrylic systems, epoxy, polyurethane, nitrocellulose and other materials. This has a significant effect on improving the adhesion, crosslinking hardness, bonding strength and yellowing transparency of the material. 

Application scope and suggestions:
As the main resin in plastic vacuum coating paint and plastic gloss coating, the dosage is 10-30% 
UV adhesive, suitable for metal, glass, plastic and other products, with a concentration of 10 - 20% 
Electronics, cosmetics, furniture cabinet boards with UV spray finish and gloss treatment, dilution ratio 10 - 30% 
Screen printing ink, with excellent adhesion and gloss, with a concentration of 10 - 20% 
Other polymer flexibility and gloss modifiers, with a dosage of 5 - 20%
