Product Introduction
YW1361 is a modified oligomer that is grafted with epoxy-terminated siloxane and polyacrylate ester acrylate resin. Due to the presence of both phosphate ester carboxyl groups and epoxy groups on the molecular chain, the molecule has high polarity and high reactivity. It can improve and promote the adhesion and bonding of polar substrates, and exhibits excellent macroscopic properties such as high reactivity, excellent adhesion, water resistance, and chemical resistance. It is particularly suitable for surface modification of polar substrates such as glass and metal. Due to the main functional groups containing acryloyloxy double bonds and epoxy groups, it can be cured by radiation, heat, or chemical crosslinking. Its high chemical reactivity promotes crosslinking and adhesion, improving the mechanical properties of the material. It can be widely used in coating of glass, metal and plastic substrates, such as being used as an adhesion-promoting resin for UV light-curable glass vacuum coating paint, polar plastics, metal gloss spraying, UV glass inkjet and metal screen printing inks, as well as laminating adhesives and other products. It can also be used for other thermosetting solvent-based acrylic systems, epoxies, polyurethanes, nitrocellulose, etc. blends and modifications, significantly improving the surface adhesion, bonding strength, water resistance and chemical resistance of the material. 

Application scope and recommendations:
 As an adhesion-enhancing resin in glass, metal and polar plastic vacuum coating paints, with a dosage of 1 - 7%
 UV adhesive: Mixed with oil-based acrylic, epoxy, and polyurethane resins, used for surface bonding modification of metals, glass, plastics, etc., with a dosage of 3 - 5%
 UV spray varnish for electronic displays, glass cosmetics, glass handicrafts and iron cans, with a dosage of 3 - 5%
 Excellent adhesion enhancer for screen printing inks and metal inks, with a dosage of 1 - 5%
 Other polymer adhesion and flexibility modifiers, with a dosage of 1 - 10%
