Product Introduction
YW4008 is a modified polymeric compound with pure acrylic resin as the main resin. Its molecular weight ranges from 20,000 to 25,000. The internal cohesion is strong, and the adhesion is excellent. The molecular chain is long and contains hydrophobic groups, resulting in excellent macroscopic properties of the material, such as adhesion, flexibility, water resistance, and chemical resistance. Due to the presence of main functional groups containing allyl double bonds, it can be radiation-cured or chemically cross-linked. It has a light color, transparent appearance, and no yellowing when exposed to light. It has a wide range of applications. It can be used alone as the main resin for UV-curable coatings, inks, and laminating adhesives and other products. It can also be blended with other acrylic systems, epoxy, polyurethane, nitrocellulose, etc. This helps to significantly enhance the adhesion strength, flexibility, water resistance, and yellowing resistance transparency of the material.
Application scope and suggestions:
Plastic varnish coating, metal substrate topcoat resin, used as the main resin, dosage 15-40%
UV adhesive, suitable for metal, glass, plastic and other substrate products, as well as sealing for electronic circuit boards, etc. The dosage is 10 - 40%.
Plastic electronics, UV spray coating for cosmetics to achieve gloss, dosage 10 - 30%
Screen printing ink, with excellent leveling and adhesion properties, with a concentration of 10 - 30%
Other polymer adhesion and weather resistance modifiers, with a dosage of 5 - 20%
