Product Introduction
YWU3031A is a monofunctional aliphatic polyurethane acrylic resin oligomer with a molecular weight ranging from 925 to 1250. It has low molecular functional groups, balancing toughness and crosslinking curing speed. It has strong adhesion and exhibits excellent macroscopic properties, such as excellent toughness, adhesion, quick drying, high gloss, resistance to yellowing and chemical resistance. Due to the presence of acrylic double bonds in the main functional groups, it can be radiation-cured or chemically crosslinked. The product has a light and transparent color, balanced flexibility and hardness, scratch resistance, high gloss without yellowing. It has a wide range of applications. It can be used alone as the main resin for UV one-step adhesives, UV-curable coatings, inks and adhesives, etc., and can also be mixed with other acrylic systems, epoxy, polyurethane, nitrocellulose, etc. For improving the adhesion and crosslinking speed of difficult-to-adhere substrates such as PET, PC glass, etc., as well as enhancing the bonding strength and yellowing resistance transparency, it has significant effects. 

Application scope and suggestions:
UV one-step adhesive, used as the main resin in plastic varnish coatings, with a dosage of 50-70% 
UV adhesive, suitable for metal, glass, plastic and other products, with a concentration of 40 - 60% 
Electronics, cosmetics, furniture cabinet boards with UV spray finish and gloss treatment, blending ratio 30 - 60% 
Screen printing ink, with excellent adhesion and gloss, with a concentration of 50 - 70% 
Other polymer flexibility and gloss modifiers, with a dosage of 20 - 50%
